INSTALLATION OF NEW PANEL
(Preparing the coach dash for new panel)
CUTTING THE HOUSING
1. Instrument Panel housing must be cut for the new panel.
A. Metal side braces must be cut (see diagram)
B. Each side should be cut 2 1/2" deep and 6" high in the front and tapered down to 5"
high in the back starting at the bottom of the cut up.
C. After the metal has been cut, you now have to cut the front vacuum formed tan
part of the dash between the 2 mounting screw holes. Cut about 1/2" (see diagram).
NOTE: Be sure to cut around the mounting screw holes. You will need them to mount your new Instrument panel.
